1995 Accord - NOx Test
1995 Honda Accord EX - 4 cyl failed the 15 mph NOX test and passed HC and CO. It passed all 3 hi-speed tests. Can I rule out a clogged radiator, bad water pump, O2 sensor and catalytic converter since it passed the high speed tests?
