your out of luck on that one.

i dont know that anyone has ever asked if they could put a d-series engine into an f-series chassis.

yea, I haven't heard that one. It would be an extreme downgrade and it's far from a bolt it. it will be cheaper to get a replacement F series than to try and custom swap in a shitty d15.

93 accord is old, not worth even swapping if you ask me. Just junk the civic and buy something else that runs.

an h22 accord is just as fast as a b16 civic

But i understand you are just trying to get this thing running.

we have a junk yard out here in dallas and accord engines are about $200 a piece...im sure its probably not far off where you live.

Says the guy who used to drive a 94 Civic...

What's so wrong with using that chassis? The H22 is a bolt-in swap, and it's lighter than the newer Accords. Not a bad choice if you need a mid-sized sedan but still want tuning options...

As per the original question, no, you cannot use the Civic engine...

This thread is over a year old. I'm betting he probably took care of this a long time ago...
