'93 Accord cold start problem 210,000 miles , Engine F22A6
Installed a new cold start valve but still have a cold start problem
every cold start. Also poor Idle , surge at idle but car drives ok
Engine light is not on
may I add that this is not a cold weather issue , it is every time the engine has cooled down. Even after one or two hours, or less during the day, I have this problem. I am a mechanic, and seem to be stumped. I have done all the basic things- new plugs, etc..
I am not familiar with the on board diagnostics, such as, how to retrieve codes from this age vehicle. But the engine light is not on. Sometimes, like over night, or more, if I give it a squirt of starting juice it helps very much, but I do hear the fuel pump cycle like it should. Do not know what to do next!!

ANY SUGGESTIONS?
