That is the easiest swap you could possibly do haha. You can even use the same ECU hypothetically but VTEC would never engage. All you need is the right engine harness, ECU, and you are set. In fact, there's some people here that know how to use the same harness and just run the one wire for the VTEC solenoid back to the ECU, making your parts list a wire, and the ECU. So yeah, piece of cake on compatibility.
