i am a newb to the whole honda scene so bare with me if this is the wrong section to post this thread. I just got an 87 accord lx-i, there has been something that has been bothereing me

and i dont have the owners manual to tell me what it is. there is a lever of some kind to the left of the steering column, it has an arrow and you pull it but i dont know what the damn thing does.....it looks kind of like a choke adjustment. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. its probably something usless though. thanks

it closes up the vents,. or tilt sterring i cant remeber

thats the tilt for the steering wheel . Pull it out and push it down , adjust the wheel and lock it back down .
