Just curious. I have saw both online so I am guessing they are both but I would like to know what the obd1 one comes out of. thanks in advance.

Yeah, here is a simple breakdown:

94-95 Accord- OBDI
96-97 Accord- OBDII

Basically the OBD change happened industrywide in 1996 and forced Honda to change mid generation.
