Question H22 in 91 accord

I might be buying this 91 accord but the Vtech isn't hooked up to the ECU or so im told. Do i have to get a new ECU?

first its vtec not vtech and if it dont have the vtec ecu then yes you will need a new ecu,and you will need to run a few extra wires to make it work

are you even possitive its a Vtec engine??? i mean the 91 accords didnt come with a Vtec engine... they didnt come stock till 94 i believe....

whats the stamping on the block... that should help

im sorry for the bad spelling. wasnt trying to offend anyone. i had, had a very long day 4 hour drive both ways to go look at the car ty for you replies they helped out alot. got ahold of him and it was in there i didnt think it was he just doesnt have the wires. another Q? four thousand to much? it's an 01 prelude H22 with no body damage what so ever.

you will need to do a lot of wiring and a new ecu for that car. 91 accord (and 91 honda for that matter) will be obd1, 01 H22 will be obd2.
