For your goal, the power can be reached easily with the F22 motor. I am trying to remember if they made a 94 ex with the B1 motor or not. Since your power goal is realitivly low, a t3t4 a/r .69 @ 14lbs will get you there.

1) Turbo - t3t4 a/r .69
2) Many choices and styles to choose from, just make sure it is made of good or high quality.
3) Injectors - I wouldnt go anything under 550cc. Mainly for room to grow, and your not working those 330cc injectors to the max.
4) If you get a turbo kit, which is not a bad choice, it will come with one and most are 2.5" and is plenty big for your goal. Or go to a shop and have one frabricate. I would recommend a 3" (once again, giving yourself some room to grow.)
5) Oil lines - I wouldnt recommend a water cooled turbo, just from my experience, but once again the kit will come with them, or you go to your local performance shop and get everything you need (an fittings, SSbraided lines, ect)
6) Manifold - A log manifold will support close to 375-400hp, good or high quality manifold is a must.
7) FMU - YOU DONT NEED!
8) Piping - I would look for a kit to your spefic year, make, and model and all the piping will come fit for your vecihle. If you can fabricate your own things, as piping, manifold, exhaust, ect it will save quite a few hundred dollars.
9)Wastegate - I would just stay with a standard 38mm wastegate. (good or high quality is a must!)
10) Tune - You get take your ecu, have it chipped for crome for about 100 bux. Then get a street tune (cheapest route) or get it on the dyno. But I will tell you, a street tune on anything over 12 psi isnt very safe (because you cant read the timing). Your power goal will need to see a dyno.

You will also need a fuel pump for your goal.

Default perfect

nice all the info I need for my accord. But then it's auto.
I'm thinking of getting another project car. I don't quite know what I want but
I wouldn't mind another 94 accord just because I don't see many of them moded up nice. Then again I would like a tiny car maybe an integra or a CRX and work on it.
What would you guys pic.

Well, I have seen many older high mileage motors go under boost and depending on the wear of the motor and condition, it is hard to say how long it will hold up. Just from my experience if the compression is good and passes a leak down test, no abnormal noises, I would feel safe tuning it to 300hp. Just remember that boosting a high mileage engine, will put more wear and tear on the engine faster. Since the F-series are equipped with cast iron sleeves, the smart thing to do is replace the pistons and rings for longevity. In my opinion.

It will handle more than 14psi on a t3t4. I have seen stock blocks take 400hp (one as a daily driver). If your looking for 8psi then you will not reach your power goal. The turbo that is best for your app in my opinion is Turbonetics T3/T4 Series - 60-1 Fullsize / Stage 3 .63AR - Turbochargers.com @ 14 psi

As your ecu question goes I answered that in my previous post.

Godspeed intercooler is not of good nor high quality, we have tested these and the air temperature is very inconsistent through out the intercooler. Precision, turbonetics, and garrett are a few of the better brands available.

Yes a Tial wastegate is fine.

Cant say I have ever dealt with that turbo manifold. Just remember, the cheap ones will crack. Cheap wastegates will break your motor, cheap blow off valves will break your turbo, cheap intercoolers will lose hp not gain.

I would try seaching around for parts. And as well as seaching for personel in your area that can accomodate your needs. One thing to remember as well is, research your tuner, fabricater, ect.
