is there any websites online that sell custom motors mounts for a h22 jdm motor for a 91 accord or would i have to go find a local shop in town to have some made

you can just use your stock mounts if you want

The H22 is a bolt-in swap to the 90-93 Accord chassis. You don't need any special mounts for it. You can use the Prelude mounts if you want, they're slightly beefier than the Accord's, but it's not required.
