It started out as a full bodied ITR, but has since been totally changed...

5.4 Litre Twin Turbo 4 Cylinder Nitromethane

D16z6 Rod next to H22a Rod Next to Norwood 5.4 Rod

And it actually does its start, idle, burnout, and backup on Ethanol, then switches over to Nitro...

from the looks of it, looks like a a fully custom block. with the bore hes running i dont think it would be possible to do without getting a new block. i imagine that making a bore that large would require spacing the cylinders out more.

and running on alcohol, you dont need coolant. its burns so cool. not sure if thats true with nitro or not though.

except top fuel. i LOVE top fuel. not really for the races. mainly for the egines. something about a compression ratio so high that the a/f mix turns to jelly and running on verge of hydro lock as a result just seems badass to me.

Not to mention the fact that any motor that can burn 25 gallons of NitroMethane in 4 seconds is pretty hawt... And having injectors that flow more fuel than your average garden hose...

And yes it is a custom block built from a gigantic slab of aluminum.
