ok guys i finnaly got a good job and the car is coming together fairly quickly. im going to be showing you what the car looked like before i painted it and what it looks like now. its not finished yet i still gotta finish my swap i will have some rims in 3 weeks about the same time the car should be running. i still need to finish my pin stripping and make some bumpers and stuff a little straighter. opinions welcome just dont be to harsh

whats with all the vtec stickers on it? last i checked, a B18B1 was non vtec...

it is for a future head swap. and if you ever seen the sir hatch's they have the vtec stickers so obviously im making it all jdm just not the motor i will do lsvtec later down the road.

you are correct kind sir. but last i check 88-91 sir civic's have those. so you think of what im trying to do here. - the sun roof.

Is it spray painted? Oh and remove those stickers. You dont have a VTEC motor, put them on when you install a VTEC motor. right now you are drifting to the 'ricer side'.

im deffinetly not drifting toward the ricer side but good try. and i am not gonna take them off when i am gonna do a ls vtec in the near future.

lmao yo everyone is hating on ur build keep it going man +1, u do things ur way cuz everyone has their own personal taste thats why all our cars are one offs

yo thanks bro im glad to see that someone besides shank actually hasnt criticized my car. i personally think it looks good. they just see what it looks like right now thats why its called a BUILD not a throw together. and only the people on this site have complained i personally think that is hilarious but ok keep the haters coming.

I definitly agree. I really like what he's doing to it and i think there is nothing wrong with the stickers being put on now, even if the head swap isn't done yet. He clearly has plans to do it. Besides the only ppl that realize that his motor doesn't have vtec is true honda lovers, and its his ride he can do whatever he wants with it.

I like your car man, keep it up and keep me updated.

Leave it flat, it will hide minor imperfections much better than gloss will. Diggin the rat ish style. have fun with it, thats what playing with cars is all about.

if you gloss it after you put all the stickers on they will be a permananent part of the car..
looks good..get some amber for the lights
