sorry man.... I finally got home at around 9 last night. Plus I had a little scare...

It was DUMPING RAIN, and I was running with no filter/piping/intake. Just the throttle body(when I put the intake on, i didn't even get out the drive-way because it shorted on the Positive terminal and the car chassis), and I went through one big puddle and it started to bog and stall.... I pulled over, waited a sec, and started it up(started fine with some throttle), and kepted the rev's around 1500 for a sec, and then went on my way.

Very scary. Plus the AC doesnt work, and I had me and Harley(my 100lb golden retriever) in the car, so the window's were fogging up like mad, so I had to keep the windows cracked a little bit. But I got it HOME!!!

The engine runs SO good. idles perfect. Oil pressure is kinda low,(like 15 at idle and around 60 with some gas), but I think a good oil change with some thicker oil and a K&N filter should do the trick.

Car is running rich under WOT. I can't say for sure, but It might have a "performance chip" in it, which would be the cause, of course. But better rich than lean! (or BLUE!)

And one last thing before I go to work... OMG this thing pulls HARD under VTACK. it's just like my D until about 4800, then it switches over(pretty loud engagement!), and starts throwing you back.
I can't wait to feel what it's like with full bolt on's and some cams!!
I'll probably get some good pics tomorrow. I'll see how I feel about getting it to the track. Maybe I can put it on the trailer. but I DO NOT want to drive all that way with the trailer and get shut down by these damn Florida Summer rains!

... the whole freaking head is hot. I mean, whats the difference in this than the freaking valve cover itself?

Nice andrew, id say leave it in the fodo but uhhh you'd have some minor de ricification to do.

And yes, ricification is a word.

Anyway, cant wait to see the rex with the b in there.

I'd say it's more 'cleaning' than dericerfication... 'cept for the big red fart can(which you guys will see as soon as I can get some pics of it.
{I'll snap some when I get home from work. I'll have them up tonight.}

hmmm........ I don't know.....
Game plan right now(after it's installed- thinking next weekened btw!) is to just do bolt-on's, cams and a good tune(probably dyno tune) and see how much I can throw down.

Then I need to focus on other things like a traction bar, strut bars, and oh, my graduation trip to Europe next year....
