Damn, auto paint is expensive. I'll be spraycanning my bay too, and i already have spray guns :p PITA, and I'm lazy.

Update Nov. 3:

We got the airplane out of the shop, and now theres TONS of room for me!!
So I took advantage of it and went through and layed out everything I'll need when I go to put everything back in. I think I've got everything except a decent filter for the AEM CAI. (dude screwd me on Ebay... said it was a k&n, turned out to be this beast. haha...

you guys like my spray painted header and matching intake mani? haha
Intake manifold looks like new... it turned out really good.

Oh, and is it ok to pressure wash my tranny on the front side?
I'll be sure to pull the drain plug, but idk if it'd be ok?
Theres some metal shavings in there from when I cleaned up the tranny...

yeah go for it :) you shouldnt have any tranny fluid on the bellhousing side.

just plug the axle holes.

Looks awsome man - my personal suggestion would be to spring for some blue Samco radiator hoses - would set off the white and black well.

 for the engine bay though.

I think I'm gonna do an SS hose look.
I plan on doing an SS/ fuel line to my fuel rail, like in this thread.
Then I'll do a catchcan install, and will eventually just have everything SS'ed.
This is my inspriation picture:

I though I'd be ok, but I figured I'd ask... Thanks bro

Picked up a cool slim fan today, as well as a BB/MC from a 94-98 teg:

DSCN1099.jpg

it came stock on a mercedes (pic), but I found one a little bigger one just laying in a different mercedes, and picked it up for $25 for the fan, $25 for the BB/MC!

My bro got full carpet, weather stripping($300 per side from Honda), and matching floormats(oem), for $8.99.

According to this awsome site...
Brake system:
If you have a DX or something similar you have a 13/16 master cylinder. That is small. 15/16" MCs that bolt right up to your stock booster are: 88-91 prelude, 89or so accord LXi, and 90-91 civic EX. You can also use the 90-93 integra 15/16 (non ABS) MC but you NEED to use the booster as well. If you want to use the DA 1" ABS MC and booster you have to put a different fitting (its larger) on one of the lines that goes into the MC.

On top of all that you can use a 1" MC from an ITR or a DC GSR. For that you will need both the MC and the booster, then you need to re-bend one of the lines to get it to bolt up. Fortunately there are no differences in the fitting sizes like with the DA 1" MC.

I personally have the DA 1" MC/booster and it is great. The fitting was kind of a pain but definitely not impossible if you own a flaring tool.

If you have disc brakes all around and they didn't come stock you probably should swap out your stock proportioning valve for one that says "40/40" on the side. This comes in Si and EX 88-91 civics, and DA integras.
It looks like I won't have any issues with my fittings going into the MC. (Am I reading the bold right?)

If so, GREAT! It seems like it's gonna be a drop in thing.
Heres the plan, and what I'll have to do to make it work-

Front
-DC Integra MC/BB. Bending 1 hardline to work. Should be able to use my EF fittings.
-Proportioning valve. I should be fine with mine. It is a 40/40, since it's an SI.
-EX Knuckles. Drop in process. Includes rotors, calipers, LCA's(I could use mine too)
-SS Braided lines. DA, EX, or for my EF. they should all be the same... right?

Rear:
-DA Integra UCA. Will act as cheap camber correction, since it's 1/16" longer.
-DA trailiing arms/brakes.
-SS Braided lines. DA, EX, or for my EF. they should all be the same... right?

Should be pretty sweet.

Andrew- my lines went straight into the 94-01 15/16 Integra master cylinder when I mounted it up on my EG.

It's a little different on my rex.
It has the two lines on the drivers side of the MC, while the Integra MC has a line on each side.

Formby, I need SI's because of the length right? The fittings are the same, correct?

yes...

you could also use DA ones but they might be longer

Ok, sounds fine. Thanks for the help!

I got my slim fan installed! I wired both the A/C fan switch and the engine coolant fan switch to it, so it will be used for both(since its so much bigger I don't see any problem.).

DSCN1104.jpg

And to show how much slimmer it is... the new fan is 3 1/2", the old fan is 5 1/2"!

And I got the injectors spliced so I can get the wires in between the Intake runners so I can run the harness underneath the IM.

I can pick one up for you- $40 shipped.
I got it off an old Mercedes at the junk-yard-

like I said, I'll pick one up for you if you want. It's about $25 at the junkyard, so I figure $15 for shipping and helpin me out in gas(stupid SUV... and the 'yard is way across town).
$40 shipped, and that goes for anyone that wants one.(theres only a couple out there, so if you want one, lmk asap.

I think I just came a little in my pants....

Anyways, the SS look is really cool, but I'd still go for the blue Samco hoses. They'd accentuate the SS lines an AN fittings as well.
