I'm on the lookout for some Vitara's and H-beam rods and to start buying more turbo parts. :) Looks like the D16 is going to see boost after all!

And I'm about to swap out my suspension for some Ksport coilover setups :):):) really happy about that!

realized the wires on my dizzy adapter were wearing from the looming. so I pulled the looming off and left it. Anybody think this is why its not firing on #1???

The solenoid looks good, the block makes me want to cry and you just reminded me that I needed an oil pressure sensor. Thanks, Andrew. :thumbsup:
 
So, thats the bolt for the timing belt adjustment.....

Who didn't tighten it? That bolt doesn't back out on it's own.....

Heyyyy, didn't a shop put his engine together???

Lots of good drama in there, as would be expected.

It's actually the 3rd engine mount bolt where he has the socket. theres no way it backed out and fell INTO the cover. it's a solid cover of the bolt, and the thing is like 3" long

So I'm going to lower them some more, and would have, but I've got to get the Coil Wrench from my buddy first. Then it's "too the tires with ye".
I want 1 finger in the fronts, and 1.5-2 fingers in the rear. "Raked"?? I think thats what these hoodlums are calling it nowadays...

oooooooOOOOOOO what a punk!

I might actually get a camber kit from Arty G in a couple weeks. If I get a decent deal on it, why not, eh? that way I can control the camber. instead of 3+ degrees, I'll set it to like 1.5. Something that won't eat my tires quite as fast. however, when it's autocross time, I can tuck 'em back in for better handling.

Man. That sucks about the dash. Right where you see it too! GAHf.

Ok switching my thinking to Turbos this morning. I'm considering a Garrett M27 turbo. It's a .48 a/r turbine, .48 a/r compressor turbo. And is fairly cheap. came factory on Saab 2.0l turbos, so it should be good for my little 1.6.

Heres a setup I'm thinking of doing right now as a 'starter' turbo setup. (mainly b/c of the manifold)

*HF manifold
adapter flange for T3
Garrett M27 .48/.48 gated at 7psi I think. good for now
*Install my Cometic HG for 10:1 comp ratio
ARP headstuds
*450cc DSM bluetops

batta-bing. I'm set. the asterisks are things I already have.
What do you guys think about that sized turbo? I'd be spooling about 3,000rpm and it should hold till 7/7,500rpm no problem.
