the round muffler from MF is their "resonator"

the piping wont touch. u just have to bend it right

I'm thinking mainly about actual clearance of the piping to the ground, after you bend it under the tank... ya know?

idk. I'll swing by Advanced today and see what mufflers they have in stock.
Are there any different models of the Dynomax muffler I need to know about?

uploading video now.. its louder than i thought it was, but with a resonator it would be good to go.. but then again, when i first got the muffler you could barely even hear it.. its about 3-4 yrs old now

ok, here is a vid.. i was shifting at 6200 just so you know..

I don't think it's going to blow it up, being that my spark plugs are nice and brown like there supposed to be, I'm not running rich/lean, and I don't beat on it that much at all. mainly below 3k.

They actually just opened a Dyno here in Tallahassee, so I'm setting up an appointment with a tuner and with the dyno people to get it tuned at the same time. Hopefully this will take place in the next couple weeks.

Jaw's racing just opened up there Dynojet here in town.
IIRC- $35 for 2 pulls with wideband
$100 for an hour with the wideband

Oh, and btw, I've contacted Max about the tuning, were gonna hook up today for a 'meet and greet' type deal, and idk, if he's not doing anything.... might get it tuned now(so it's tuned for when we go to the track) AND later, on the dyno

Yes, the tuner seemed to be a really cool guy w/a nice setup. Was working on a Civic w/ nawwzzz and daily drives and ITB'd b17 DC Integra thathe built and tuned himself He definetly seems to know what he's talking about when it comes to Chrome and ECU tuning.

Hopefully he'll do a good job and Andrew won't cry and I won't have to post bail money to get him out of jail for beating the *&#@# out of the guy at KMS. I hope it's just needs tuning...

It's tuned!

Street tune went great, no problems. I'm running a 13.4x A/F ratio.

Feels way better(duh), and thats with stock exhaust and IM! [Time to do some shopping! I'm choking these cams bad]

I'm gonna buy myself some more stuff [i/h/e] then get it dyno tuned- probably in the next couple months.

This weekend were going to the track, so I'll have some vid's up for sure next week!

Nope, it's a street tune for now. Dyno is coming soon though, I'm really anxious to get on one, but I'm gonna get my I/H/E on first.

Ah, ok. Well, at least you have your air/fuel ratios set correctly. Now just get your timing optimized for the most power.

I think I'll go with the 'tried & true' DC Sports. I don't really know yet. Any suggestions?

Yep, A/F is around 13.4 all the way around the powerband.

He was setting timing a little bit, all the way around, so it's MUCH better than before.

I'm stoked for this weekend's racing. We'll have some good footage I'm sure.!!

I've got a camera lined up for tomorrow and I'm sure I can talk Andrew into a lil pre-race ragging It's just a guess really.. I dunno if I'll be able too

And the track we're going too is notoriously SLOW.. pple don't hook up well at all and always, import of domestic, run SLOWER. Not only that, it's gonna be COLD and that means less traction as well :S

SO, I will retract my times and say no better than 15.3 @ 90 mph
I say your making slightly less power than my GSR cause the B series is better

We'll see

Get yourself a Bisimoto header...if he still makes them. A few guys on D-series.org have them, and they are the tits.
