It was actually just a bad ground(the one thats normally on the thermostat. I moved it into the cabin, but my buddy grounded it wrong. thats all.)

The track was great guys!
I'm kinda embarrased to say this, but I ran a

15.6 @ 91.8mph

Stock intake mani
crap-tastic header
unbolted exhaust(open header)

It was my first time ever dragging at a track thats notorious for being 'slick'. ANYWAY.. enough BS'ing... I had a blast.

Heres one vid(of the 15.6 run)on PhotoBucket.

More info on the day tomorrow. I'm whooped!

Thanks.

I know the times aren't what they should be, but theres a lot of things fighting the low times!
-first time track driver(almost enough in itself)
-first time running the car 1-3rd gear.
-stock IM and exhaust holding me back
etc. etc... blah blah. "I'm a newb"- simple as that!

Next time I go, I'll have my IM/H/E on, dyno tuned, and DR's
Formby, you still got those BFG's for my brother-in-law?

Thats not bad at all for a first pass.
My buddy with a del sol (that was just recently stolen).. B16a3, t3/t4 turbo, 5 psi.. ran a 15.3. So to be quite honest, you are not doing too bad at all. Especially for the I/H/E u have on there.
AND its your first time running 1-3.. not bad. You should see 14's... nice!

Yeah, I've got to get my title back of being the fastest out of my friends, so all my money is goin into engine parts now. I've got to stay faster than " The Beast" and get faster than Dusty's SI .. Which is not gonna bea easy.

But, I won't be goin back to the track w/drag radials, since I'll definetly be traction limited, so I'll bein the hunt for some DR's soon enough.

why are you racing an 11 second car? was it like a test and tune? normally you can match up with someone that you know or is similar to you.
