Well, if your looking to do it, scan over This thread's pages.
Some guy posted some pretty nice setups that will work a little better.

My current setup will only leave enough room for about 3" of SS hose, because the filter and stuff is inline. (And hopefully I won't have any problems with my intake pipe clearance)

If your fitting looks like this...

You'll have to cut off the non-threaded part of the fitting.

4. End result:

And your good to go!
I'll be making a write-up on it when I'm finished with it(in the car), so look out for my sig to be updated!

BTW, I talked to KMS, again, and he says he'll be calling my Friday about shipping info... Don't jynx me!

Update 11/15

I've started on the brake booster and master cylinder thing. (DC teg)

I've got the Booster completely bolted in, cotter pin and all, as well as the MC, but I need to go back to the junkyard and pick up that one fitting I'm missing(seen in last pic).

Isn't that stupid? I went to the junkyard a couple days ago, got 3 fittings, and neither of them is the right one!
I'm an idiot.

Well... Thats it for now

Well, I'm not too sure what it is.. haha. It's off an 94+ LS w/ ABS. I'm starting to look around for a GSR MC. Those are 1".(same as ITR, but I think buying an ITR one will be a bit more pricy...)

But even still, it's better than mine.
Next will be some brake upgrades. I think I'm gonna go the simple route-

Quote:

- Accord Wagon Brake Calipers (will be stamped 17CL15VN; ~$50 rebuilt at Pep Boys). These are the exact same calipers as the ITR, Legend, Prelude VTEC etc. Great stopping power!
- Accord Wagon, Prelude VTEC (etc) Brake Caliper mount stamped 25T (a 23T bracket exists, but I can't promise you it will work). This is what came stock on the Accord Wagon.
- 1/8" wheel spacer OR grind ~1/8th" (2.5-3mm) off of the caliper mounting bracket. If you are familiar with the 11" brake upgrade, this is the same modification necessary.

Read about it in THIS thread on H-T.

That way I don't have to go through the hassle of changing my knucles or LCA's.

So... I guess thats next!

hey on that master cylinder look at it.. on the side... it should have a 1 casted into it. if it does, its a 1" master cylinder... if not then there should be a 15/16 stamp...

oh and just so you know the accord calipers are cool and all... but the 94-95 legend GS sedan DUAL PISTON caliper is better!!!

good luck on your shit

I just went out and checked out the MC out... survey says.....

Yiiipppeeeee

Oh, and I thought it was the same, but I didn't know if the accord caliper was dual or not.
I just called Advanced and they said they have the '95 legend GS calipers for $62/ea. with a lifetime warranty

Do you know of any modification needed to install them? Gotta do some more research I guess...

Oh- as for installing the Legend calipers, if you Google up "4G brake upgrade" you'll find some articles on the old crx.honda-perf.whatever.blah.blah.blah site that tell you how to bolt everything up.

Thanks for the tip.
I just read both pages-

4g Civic Brake Swap
4 and 5g brake upgrade

However, I feel like it didn't really answer my questions very much.
That thread on H-T seemed to have more direct info.

So I'll only need '95 Legend GS calipers, '91 civic sedan(ex) rotors, SS lines.....
And I'm thinkin thats it. right?

I think so... did it say that you needed the 90-91 EX steering knuckles? The caliper mounts are different between the knuckle sets.

i know for integras you have to shave like 1/8" off the caliper mounting bracket... the inside portion the part where the rotor passes through...

other than that its pretty much the same.
