Well, you can actually do it with a B-nut(aka sleeve), which would be a Female fitting.
If you do an AN tube fitting, it will be a male(just like the stock fitting on our cars, just AN threading!)

AN PLUMBING.COM Earls performance products Hose ends Hose,Adapter fittings for all your AN and SS line needs.

KMS told me they're (seriously) planning to ship out Monday.
Unfortunatly I can't throw it in the car right away though. I have to install the new water pump(they wanted to charge $100 to install their's!), attach the Alternator, dizzy, mounts, etc.

And after a while of breaking it in and driving around I'm gonna have to pull the trans off and install the new clutch.(The reason I don't install it right away is that I want to break in the motor on the racetrack, but it's not recommended to spin a brand new clutch past 4k or so... right?}

It's coming along. I've also got to get that fitting on the MC taken care of.

Uhh, I've never heard of not spinning a new clutch over 4k. Is it some sort of specially sprung race clutch? I'm pretty sure that it doesnt matter how high you rev a new clutch. Why are you breaking in the motor at the racetrack?

To properly seat the piston rings.

Break In Secrets--How To Break In New Motorcycle and Car Engines For More Power

It's an Exedy OEM replacement clutch. I didn't think it'd be that big of a deal, but my buddy mentioned something about it.
I DO know that I'll probably have to adjust it every once in a while, but idk about the whole rpm-limit thing. I was just going by what he said.

Hmm... now you've got me curious. research time I guess.

Ouch man, that cuts deep.
I thought you just had to keep the revs down to break rings in properly (which you can do on the street)

Actually the way he explains it, it makes sense. VERY interesting. I had never heard of this before.
Well, this will make my break in much more fun

Thats what I'm thinkin!!! Instead of holding back for 500 miles... you get to dog it all the time! who knew it's actually GOOD for the motor to rev it up at first!?

Sounds VERY backwards!!!

Does anybody know about the whole clutch deal?
Can I safely rev a brand new Exedy OEM replacement clutch up to ~7k?

(won't take my motor up that high since it's un-tuned.)

If the next dyno day at the local shop corresponds with when I plan on running it, I just might do it that way. (Thats what Formby recommended me)

That would be awsome. How much is the normal going rate?

I want to break it in on the track, but I definatly want to get it on a dyno!

i did a excedy stage 1 clutch and light weight flywheel on my b16, i took it up to 8000 the first night. and i havent had any problems. that was 6 months ago.

i was always told not to leave hard or ride it hard for the first 500-750 miles.

I'm afraid you must be confusing me with someone else. I'm not going turbo on this one.
If anything, I'm leaning towards a JRSC, but thats all just up in the air now. who knows.

Ok thanks. good to know!(so I guess my track times will be a little slower )

Update 12/5:
Got the brake line taken care of. Went to Car Quest and they hooked me up.
It was my first time flaring, so I'll be suprised if it doesn't leak!

Will talk to KMS again tomorrow.
I called him Monday and he said he should be done by wensday. pshh. we'll see.
