Its a group CN rally class. I figured it was either Rallye de Monte Carlo or the Rallye de France, both warm tarmac sessions. The French event ended a couple of weekends ago for WRC/Group N(Loeb for the win and he clinched the championship in Spain!), but should have hosted others before hand.

Lo and behold:

Frenchman driving a Norma M20.

More like a DSR than a Leman.
Like the dp1 (http://dpcars.aprsworld.com/). (although i dont think its a DSR because SCCA doesn't allow AWD)
