i have a 94 eg6 thats i am doing body work to its and is gettting sanded by me and all and now i am done and need some place to paint my car thats a nice place but not too expensive thats around madison wi...where i live....??????any place around madison would be nice

i have a b 18c bottom end with a gem fly wheel and rods and gsr pistons and i am gonna get a gsr head and i was thinking all motor gsr or my ls in my eg right now that i should go boost and and build its on from there and or do a ls v alll motor buts wants to know how much hp would i get from all of them.....?????
