whats the differance between a d series and a b series distuburtor other than the way it mounts ? i cut the brackets to make it fit my b serios and it seems to work but my car started to idle up and down out of know where it is on my 94 coupe b16a swap da distubitor was on a d15 v tec on a p28 ecu

Knock sensor effect power?

i just did a b18c swap into a 95 civic si, and when the car warms up to operating temp the engine loses some power and cel comes on. its showing 23 "knock sensor" would the knock sensor cause my engine to do this when warmed up?

hey guys i need help !!!

i have a 92 hatch Dx and i want make my swap...
i have a complete engine from 2000 civic (Si) chashed...

I take all from this car

99-00 B16A2 COMPLETE ENGINE (all)
99-00 HIDRO TRANNY
99-00 AXLES
99-00 SHIFT LINKAGE
99-00 BRACKETS
99-00 ECU (obd2)
99-00 HARNES

(and i buying my HASPORT B SERIES MOUNTS..)


Now I dont know what i need...

Car died on the interstate, wont start back up, PLEASE help.

Ok this is my problem.....I own a 97 ek ls/vtec turbo swapped civic. Well 10 months ago (before I went to Iraq) I was driving my car to go get an inspection done to it. Well my car just shut off on the interstate by its self. So I tried to pop the clutch to start it up and no luck. So I had to get it towed back to the house. Well I started snooping around and found that my timing belts teeth were all torn off...so I went and bought a Greddy belt. Then I had to deploy to Iraq, so that was 7 months...
