i have a b16a gen1 with a 1998 integra ls or gs hydro tranny on it and it wont start.Do i need a 94+ teg starter.when i go to start it sounds like the starter is not engauging the fly wheel?

i have a 90 crx dx and i am puting a d16z6 v-tech in and i dont want to buy a 92 harness. so how do i make the old dpfi to a mpfi with v-tech i need a step by step direction to make it work
the motor will have a gude head package on it would it make ank difference with the harness?
