I bought a 91 hatchback si 1st Generastion with a engine swap in it alredy. I Have a 94-95 DOHC Vtec acura GSR ECU Whick is not frm here its a JDM engine and i im tryna work with it.. I Need to find out if itz a mysterious engine which is blocked frm top speed cuz it seems to me that it iz nd if yea how can i unblock it..any info on it iszz alryyte replyy 2 dis POSTAGE Sum1 who noes shyt...

Frist ur Civic is 2st Generastion Aka Ef9, Jdm B18c your P72 Ecu Need's to be Chipped , it is's a Virgin Un-chipped Ecu it Got a Speed govener

i took a stock gsr all the way to its full potetial and its top speed is 145 thats when i did it but iuno bout a speed governer though im a tech dude

The Speed governer is in the Ecu you got to have it chipped. so you can have No speed governer .
