Need info on gsr motor vs h22A 91 civic hatch is a good start, vtec is the head and couldn't be prepped for that. But a prelude motor puts down more HP and Torque than a gsr motor. what you need to do is look on the stamp on the engine block to see what exactly you have b18a, b18b, b18c...and so forth. As for the trade preludes are fast, but your hatch could scream also..put a h22 in a hatch and its like having a gsr turbo in your car with a h22 all motor.

HarnessIs this the CX? I probably have wiring diagrams for you. I'm 20, and I guess you could say farly decent with electronics, but I just rewired my OBD2a to OBD1, the whole engine harness, and removed emissions, and fixed some wiring issues that my skunk2 jumper harness had. So I would say to you, it's not too difficult at all. Remember that for the most part, your only working with power, signal, and ground wires still. Just a wider array of sensors.
But ya, lmk what car your workin on and I'll get you the diagrams. Most of what I have is on YBLEGAL - Tech but I have many more unsorted. Are you using any sheething or loom? New copper or just reusing stock wire? |
