90 civic tranny swap!
I baught a 90 civic si for $500 that used to be a pizza delevery car so matenance and care levels were very low. It ran, drove and most importantly stoped but was in rough shape. It sat for about a year and didn't even crank over for a second and sparked up. It has no rust but sh*t paint that will be sertanly fixed. And now to the tranny swap problems!
I baught the car with 304km(yes i live in canada)and drove it for awhile with a automatic and finally dicited it HAS to go so i have the 5 sp tranny, shiftlinkage, pedal assembally and some other important things i cant think of right now but all i need to know is how am i going to wire up the reverse lights, any imput would be nice.

going wellI got the tranny and the pedal assembally in but where the shifter meets the interior is going to need some work, no prob for me. I
honda so much; both halfshafts were the same, all motor mounts are in the same place(different motor mounts),the clutch cable hole in the firewall was there, the extra bolts for the pedal assembally were there and every thing fit! I havent started or drove it yet but will be crusing on the highway @ 120mph by sunday!! |

helpThe car is great except for the engine warning light comes on when I drive it hard, but no problems seem to occur. Any Ideas?

did you swap with a 4wire O2 Sensor (and was it hard?). I think your talking about your tranny, I was just wondering if you've done that swap before?
