baffled!!!!!!!!! whats wrong with my car

vtec dont kick in. sometimes it'll try to kick in and sputter(it will actually kick in a little bit). when it does my cel code is 22. which is a vtec pressure switch. but i changed it and it still isnt working and is throwing the same code.
