Engine Swap?

So, here I am yet again thinking about swapping out for more power, I really prefer all motor power, can do forced induction, prefer not to, right now I'm running a b18c with somewhere around 185bhp. I'm putting some serious thought into a K20A, looking for some input here.. common probs. Weak points.. etc.
