So I bought this little civic for 300 bucks, like i stated in the title it's a 92 LX sedan 5spd. THe dude that I bought it from swapped a D15b into it with a z6 wire harness and a p08 ecu, or so he says. The engine runs, just not well. It gets about 10 to the gallon and fouls out plugs like crazy. Any ideas what could be wrong with it? I know there are prob a number of things it could be, but any suggestions would be awesome. This is my first honda, so don't blame me for dumb questions lol... thanks....
