i have a set of off set rims and the tires have these spacers in between the rim and the lug nuts the look like the fill a gap for the lugs i dont know what they are or if i need them?

Iam starting a mini me engine project to drop in my ek hatch. I have a D15 block that i pulled out of a runing car because the tranny went out. and i have a D16 Y8 head that works fine. i just dont know how to begine.. do i just drop the head on the block hook up the tranny and drop all that in my ek..any info on geting this project on the drag strip will be great.

I have a civic eg4 with the 1.5sohc non vtec and want to put the b16a2 in which bits of the loom do i need, do i have to use the loom that does all the lights and stuff or just the engine one

I have a 99 EM1 that I use everyday. Its a fun car to drive but i hate the fact that the muffler sounds so loud......but anyways, let me get to the point. Which ecu would make my b16a2 run better? a P2T( which is the stock for the SI) or a P72 GSR ecu please help yall....thanx
