I have a stock 99 Civic EX. I want to make the car a little more enjoyable, and less sluggish. It has a little less than 100,000 miles which I would expect to double before I get rid of the car. I am thinking of getting some stainless steel Headers, and maybe a new cold air intake. To maybe make it a little quicker. What does anyone think and/or suggest?
