Not to my knowledge.
First you would have to take the headlight completely apart to figure out if the halos are bulb-lit or LED-lit and then figure out how to change the light source. Do yourself a favor and get non-halo headlights.

Turn the rest of the halos off?
There's not necessarily any consistency between aftermarket headlights... and I seriously doubt that most of the halo projectors were designed with an easy way to replace the halo bulb either. If you can't easily replace the bulb, you're going to have to rip the housing apart and see what you need to replace the bulb/LED.
