What is the difference between Dry Carbon Fiber products and "Non Dry" Carbon Fiber products.

I've seen pricing for Dry Carbon Fiber Hoods and they are in the price range known as "ridiculous".

the two types off carbon fiber are perimprgnated ie resin allready mixed in the weave you roll it into a mold bake and pull the part out with a dry cloth you must mux resin then work it into the cloth then allow it to harden and you have to do multiple layers unly a prepegnated cloth that can be built with multiple layer ready to go. i hope this helps
