where is the best place to buy a carpet kit? and also i need a seat or 2 but dont wanna go to a junk yard.

eBay. There are a few sellers who specialize in carpet kits for all makes.

I got mine off Ebay from www.stockinteriors.com. They had a lot of options available and ship out samples very quickly. I went with a black carpet with the extra material on the bottom. Was under $200 if I remember.

I just got carpet for my 90civ 4dr for 168.00 to my door off of Ebay
Adealsap is the sellers screen name.
I should be installing today. BUT, buyer has to cut any/all hole for seatbelts/seats/etc.. Measure 3x, cut once.
