theres alot of upgrades and the main reason is, u guys didnt know what it was, 90% of ppl probably wont either. also look at the 96-00 version. same car is the Acura 1.6 EL in canada

also they only came in sedans and i have a coupe. and im doing a sorta unquie engine swap. just wanted to not be just a civic look. the 96-98 civic bubbly eye headlights i dislike too

the gemini (forget who produces it) is also a direct bolt on to a civic, but i'm not a fan of how the gemini looks... too much like a mini mazda 636 imo

the Gemini is the an Isuzu believe it or not. I have a friend in Malaysia who can get me one.

ideally i want the 00 Acura 1.6el premium grill, Gemini front clip (Gemini has a few useless toys like a bumper pole) and Domani bumper lights (they are clear oem)

also dont get your feathers raffled Darkon. I think it looks similar styling of a CD5 just on a civic.

if this engine swap works well, my dad wants me to build him a civic for high mpg. well if i can find a source, ill put a Rover 45 or Rover MG ZS front clip on it. they are also built on a civic chassis like the Domani and 1.6EL. but will they work in a conversion, one big unknown.

Certain years of rover's were based on the same platform as the EL/Domani/Gemini, the picture you posted is a totally different chassis ('99-'05 MG ZS). You are looking for the Rover 400 Mark II (1995–99) models, and even then I've never heard of anyone doing a front end swap using those parts.

hmm now i got alot of info second hand and off wiki but it says the same chassis was used on the 400 mark 2 and 45. look at some pics, they look very similar and i was reading history that when Rover went under, Honda seized the schematics.
