It finally happened to me. Some punk popped the lock on my 95 integra and stole my stereo. Not really a big deal since nothing else was taken and the deck was a cheap one I had lying around until I get my good system. Here's the problem the lil bastard kicked the sh*t out of my dash to get it. The dash is ruined so I bought a new one to replace it. I don't want the airbag going off in my face, so is there anything special I need to do / watch for when I take the dash apart.

Unplug the battery and wait about ten minutes. The SRS circuits have caps in them so in the event of a crash there is still some power to the airbags even if the battery is smashed.
