Well, I'm about to install my new gauge cluster and thought, hey, it'd be cool if I could roll the mileage back to zero.. that way, I'll know how many miles I put on the car.. And it would be fun to pretend that it didn't have 140k on it...

The new cluster is showing 180k.. thats teh suck. so, has onyone ever been successful in resetting their odometer? Can it be done without harming it? When you open it, does a govt official jump out of it and pwn you??

anything helps, if you've done it successfully, lmk how!

I'm pretty sure that modifying ANY odometer is illegal...but I could be wrong.
