Since everyone here is a smart ass I will help you. OK under your ash tray or on the side of your glove box you will find a 5 digit code with numbers on it 1 thru 6. Put those into your radio and it will come on. Or you can try pressing number 1 and 6 on your radio at the same time and it will give you the serial number for the radio, then you need to call the dealer and give them the serial number and they will usually give you the 5 digit code. Or you can take the radio out completely and the serial number is on the top or bottom of the radio.

If you have the owners manuals, look inside the back cover, hell, look all through it for a random code penned into the book. 90% of the dealers would do that for their customers, or they would do it themselves. Also check the inside of the underhood fuse box. It was common to have a little sticker there with the code on it.

Oh, you're so helpful! You're such a saint! Bless you sir!

Too bad this thread is nearly 2 months old and the OP probably doesn't give a crap anymore...
