Default JDM Battery

Where would you go about finding a JDM battery with the smaller posts?

Post type - I believe one is a little larger than the other. Neither are the size of US battery posts.

Just outta curiosity, what's the need for the JDM Battery? Why not just use a USDM Battery and change to USDM battery terminal plugs/clamps?

the battery is for an EG6 that just received a RHD firewall swap and B16 drivetrain
everything was converted over from the clip we picked up and it'd be nice to retain the stock battery terminals

For anyone finding this thread by searching.

I've found this to be a potential replacement for an OE JDM battery. Hamp battery - claiming to be made by Honda of Japan and only weighing 16 pounds.

Hamp Lightweight Battery - $79.99 :: JDMCARBOY.com

Hamp Compact Battery - Battery - JHPUSA

Rep! Thanks for the links. Have you been able to find the cranking amps on those batteries? Are they the same as a stock battery that you would know of?

I have not found the cranking amps but I would assume they would be less than the stock battery due to their smaller size/weight.
