After changing the battery on a 1992 Civic , the stock radio now says code. i do not have a owners manual, and there is no code written anywhere in the car. Ive been told of several spots buthave found nothing. Is there a default code I can use?

nope. if you still have original info on sale, you can call that dealership and get the radio code. It's always written on the ticket for the Pre-Delivery Inspection, which is filed. Otherwise, you have to pull the radio, get the s/n, call your local dealer and they can plug it into the honda site and get your code. But before all that, you could just but an Alpine for 10.00 off a crackhead and be done with it.
