Default 1989 civic si hatchback.. b16a project... help me

right so i got a 1989 civic si hatchback. i got a 1990 integra xsi stripped the engine bay for this civic. im using the si wiring and and engine loom striaght onto the b16a and ive added the knocksensor, vtec pressure switch and the vtec solinoid and then the 2nd o2 sensor. The injectors plugged on fine along with the thermostat and alternator plugs etc. THE PROBLEM I NEED HELP WITH IS THE DISTRIBUTOR PLUGS. THE SI LOOM HAS ONLY 5 WIRES GOING TO DISTRIBUTOR AND THE B16A HAS 7 WIRES COMING OFF THE DISTRIBUTOR SO HOW DO I SORT THIS OUT??
DO I NEED TO ADD TWO EXTRA WIRES AND RUN THEM TO ECU??
THANKS

neither your new motor or old motor had a seperate cps sensor. now why you only have 5 wires doesn't make sense. the si dizzy harness has 7 wires. i do believe though that a dpfi harness would only have 5 wires.. you sure you have an si harness? or perhaps there was a dohz sc in there, in which case the cps sensor was seperate and the 2 wires which would normally be apart of the dizzy wiring would run seperate to said sensor on the exhaust cam.

TO HOOK UP THE MULTI-POINT CRANK ANGLE SENSOR:
- First, you'll have to go to the passengers foot well to where the ecu is located.
- Pin B10 and B12 should both be empty.
- You'll have to cut and move the wire that goes to pin C1(orange) over to pin B10, and move the wire from pin C2(white) over to pin B12. Don't get these two mixed up or else the ignition timing will be severly retarded. Leave enough wire at the ECU side of pin C1 and C2 for next step.
- Now run wires from pins C1 and C2 into the engine compartment and label them.
- There will be a connector on the new Si distributor with two unused pins. One of the wires will be blue/green stripe, and the other will be blue/yellow stripe.
- The wire that is blue/green stripe will go to the wire from pin C1 on the ECU and the other wire that is blue/yellow stripe will go to the wire from pin C2.

IS THIS INFOMATION WHAT I NEED TO DO TO MY SI LOOM AS ITS DIFFRENT FOR SOME F**KN ANNOYING REASON. IF NOT TELL ME HOW WIRE THE B16 DIZZY STRIGHT UP?? HELP!!!
