drove the car last night got in it today and my ecu has no power and the fuse is good what would make it do this

it will turn over the ecu has no power i have chenged it the main relay what could it be

ignition switch? grab a test light or a multi meter and a wiring diagram and check and see what wires at the computer don't have power.
