Default Climate control (yep, it broke)

I have a 91 CRX and I was wondering if there was a model that had a sturdier climate control that would also be able to plug in (or close to plug and play) or if there was a way to reinforce a climate control that I may pull out of another Civic/CRX.

There is a write-up some where for putting a 92-95 Civic climate control unit in the CRX. Let me see if I can dig it up real quick.

EDIT: here you go.http://www.d-series.org/forums/showthread.php?t=79757

There's that 92-95 one posted above, and also the 90-93 Accord one(which I was about to do myself but accidentally left it in the car when I scrapped it).

IMO, the Accord one looks like it matches better(rotary knob like stock)

This one has a CF cover on it:

I agree, that looks much better.

Did you say that you had the writeup to that, or is it the same...

The write-up is on Honda-tech for the Accord climate control.
