CRX 88 trouble ECU
hi. i have a crx 88 whit motor b18b1 ls. and there have a ecu pr4, the problem is the revolutions only can up to 3handr. revolutions, is for the ECU? or wat is the trouble, whi some one put this ecu,, i buy the car whit the problem ..sorry for my poor english.. photos of my ecu

most of the time if your car is only going to 3 grand, it had a bad distributor. is the ecu flashing any red lights
