Default D15B7 head on a D15B2 will it work?

Hello My name is Tim from Greensboro NC Im new to HS and would like to start out by asking if a 1994 D15B7 head will bolt on to my 1989 D15B2 engine. My cam seized in my civic which is why Im hunting for a head. If not what will i need to change?
