i have a d15b7 i swap into my rex i found out tht a h22a1 has a big bored throttle body i think its a 64mm and the b7 has a 54 to 56mm the only problem im having is tht my car idles at 1500 rpms but when i get on it it hauls idling at 1500 rpms burns more gas and is annoying .....what should i do ?? i dont have the d15b7 throttle body anymore

it has new gasket

has been cleaned
and the screw under the throttle where the cable hooks up is completely down is there any other way to adjust it ??
