OK here is what i need to know.

By using this writeup i got an idea.

Can i swap a d16a6 harness on and just do the wiring from the ecu to the engine harness plug? so that way i don't have to mess with chopping my engine harnesses up.

The reason for this is cause i wanna toss my dpfi d15 into the d16a6 donor car and pretty much reverse the wiring to make it dpfi to sell it.

so i turn my d16 wagonvan into a d15b2 dpfi and my hatch into a d16a6 mpfi.

Sounds like an ass load of work. Its possible, I would get wiring diagrams for both ECUs and see what wires are different.

My dad wants to do the exact same thing, I can't convince him out of it.

I just dont wanna let the mpfi setup go with the wagovan.

i figure if i do reverse of the mpfi swap it will be good. lol
