Default Ef Lca = Da Lca?

Its a long story, but I need a new spindle and LCA for my CRX. What I need to know is if I can simply pull the whole assembly off an Integra, or if I need to get a civic/crx lca and bolt the Integra spindle to it. I'm currently running the Integra spindles, but I need to replace the LCA and the spindle since the ball joints won't separate (I've tried everything).

Thanks cal. I did finally just take off the whole pass side suspension to get the axle out, but I'm might still replace the parts since its a pain the ass to not be able to separate the ball joint.
