Default Everything but gas

i have a 89 civic with the d16z6 motor swap. now i was on here before with issues and got some great help so i figure ill try again. my issue now is fuel pressure i was running 50 psi after the injectors which is what everyone tells me is just perfect. what now has happened is i park on a downward grade and now its stalling and my psi is down but i checked my gauge and its tight. so does the fact that the fuel pump is at the back of the tank could the gas be to far forward for the pump to get lol. now i know theres baffles in the tank to prevent that but if its screwed up. anyone have any ideas or do u know for sure. now i have had the entire tank and lines out, blown out, walbro pump installed, new fuel filter and it ran good till i parked it on that downward grade.
