I have a 1988 honda civic tbi and now my car wont start when i turn the car on it makes a weird buzzing noise and my check engine flashes off and on really fast does any1 know what it could be??

main relay?

the main relays the buzzing noise but you have a bad ground, check them all the one that did it to me was the ground on the thermostat housing, it was rusted almost in 2...
