Default help with stuck bolt

The right front lower control arm bolt that holds the arm to the sub-frame. The bolt will spin but the metal insert for the bushing is stuck on the bolt. When you try to take it out it just pulls apart the opening were the control arm goes into. I was going to cut the bolt on both ends and cut the welded nut off the back side of the frame. If anyone has any other ideas or has come across this before i am will to try it. I only have a propane torch to use and it will not get hot enough. Any help would be great thanks

I can try tomorrow its the inner most bolt on the front lower control arms. The bushing sleeve is the problem. Its rusted to the bolts and broke free from the bushing.

Very precise torch work is your best bet.
